A. Facelift uses Western Red Cedar or Eco select (regrowth forests Victorian Ash) KDHW.

A. Yes we can install standard screens to each window/door or retractable screen systems.

Q: What is the best size for windows?
A. This really depends on your own personal requirements. As a general rule the area of windows should be between 20% and 30% of the floor area.

Q: How are Facelift timber products finished?
A. Our standard finish is a tempory clear water repellent treatment, designed to prevent penetration of water into the surface of the timber between manufacture and when the windows or doors are finally painted or stained, after installation in the building or we can factory prime your windows prior to installation

Q: Can somebody come out to our home for a Quotation?
A. Yes Peter Wishart will be happy to make a suitable time to call out to see you between 8.00 am to 8.00 pm Monday to Saturday. Simply call the showroom for a suitable time to suit your schedule!

Q: Where can I see Facelift products?
A. Facelift products can be seen at our Display Centre at Factory 58 / 148 Chesterville Road, Cheltenham (Melways 77:J9) by appointment six days a week.

Q: Can I get aluminium windows and doors in any colour?
A. Yes. Facelift has a standard range of 13 Dulux powder coated colours developed over our years of experience. We can also produce almost any custom colour in the Dulux range, however there will be a time delay and a small additional cost for this service.

Q: Are Facelift products covered by a guarantee?
A. Yes, all Facelift products are covered by a full 15 year peace of mind guarantee.
